Ah, joy. Netflix has queue size limit of 500 DVDs. We have 496 movies in queue to be watched now. We'll be through that in about 4 years at the current pace. That's of course if we stop adding new movies and we've been adding faster than we've been watching.
At least they've mostly gotten back to their 1-2 day delivery time over the last month.

I experienced the same shipping slowdown that you did. I just noticed this week that the shipping times have returned to the good old 1-2 days that I was used to for so many years. For a time, I thought that I might cancel the service because of the seemingly artificial delay in shipping DVDs 30 miles from my home in a large urban city. I certainly hope Netflix continues to provide the quicker turnaround.
Netflix may have a number of movies, but their service is atrocious. I kept track of my queue for a 24 hour period, and couldn't believe how they changed my shipping times and dates.
It just keeps getting worse!!!

DOES ANY ONE CARE HOW CORRUPT NETFLIX IS????????
I love Netflix! I had 500 discs in my queue last year, but since then, I've watched over 200. I get consistently good service from the Greensboro distribution center, but I have to drop my returns in the blue USPS boxes on the street to be sure my neighbors aren't stealing them.
