A new Epson CX6600 won't print from internet website. Says only "Load/eject Press the color button." How do I make this work?

XP home edition, Epson printer model number RX 580. I have a piece of paper with about 300 words in 4 paragraphs of plain English text on it. I would like to copy this paper and save the information to a 3 1/2" foppy disk.

As for the other guys... Scanner error?? Unlock your unit, check the transportation lock silly.
As for the load eject message?? GET YOUR SCANNER OUT OF SETUP mode.... Put it back into COPY MODE!!
As for the RX580... You need to get an OCR software to let you recognize the text.. go download some free OCR software like Abbyy Fine Reader, or go to the store spend soem money and buy it.

have a TMT-85P receipt printer, cash drawer attaches to bottom of printer. need ascii code to cause 'signal' to be sent to printer to open cash drawer.
would you happen to have the 'code' i should use. thought it was '7' but this wont work.

Ever since I installed my Epson RL1900 some of my fonts print ragged. Some don't. I'm on a MAC OS X Intel Xeon processor. Is there anything like the old Adobe Type manager that needs to be on or actvated.
